I mean is it really? What about the flying you are taking from Envoy? In the grand scheme, very little money is being lost...especially the 121 guys going to TSA and making more money year one than they would have after 3 years at XJT.

It's the same thing at Compass. Envoy pilots get screwed and the pilots that come to Compass to staff their replacement flying make less than the Envoy pilots due to large longevity swings. Same thing at PSA.

Do you understand how this costs AA less money?

Nailed it. Quick upgrades is the carrot they're using to keep costs low. Heck the most senior captain at compass has only been there about 8 years
