It's the same thing at Compass. Envoy pilots get screwed and the pilots that come to Compass to staff their replacement flying make less than the Envoy pilots due to large longevity swings. Same thing at PSA.

Nailed it. Quick upgrades is the carrot they're using to keep costs low. Heck the most senior captain at compass has only been there about 8 years
