Serious question, other than having ATP mins and a current first class medical, what other qualifications do you need to succeed at a regional? This isn't exactly the space shuttle program we're talking about...
And if you're referring to the sexual harassment case, outside of being a registered sex offender or having a history of harassment (which the airline is legally required to look into before officially hiring an applicant), then there's not way to know until it happens. We could dig into the HR records at each US regional and I guarantee you we would find folks getting fired for not keeping their hands to themselves. The same folks who aced the interview and made it through training just fine.
