True, but if you filed with Deluxe last year and used Schedule D and if you bought Deluxe this year and need Schedule D, you will get a free upgrade to Premier. Alternatively, they will give you a $25 refund if you bought Deluxe this year. This is in response to the backlash and the poor communication about the change. Next year, you will have to buy Premier.
