Endeavor is on the way up. Those that left last fall are regretting their decision. They will come in these boards and talk about all the reason why endeavor is a bad decision. This is all based on a tough experience they had, times have changed. Talking to 7yr first officers is misleading because they are really two years first officers who go unlucky to be in the wrong place when the music was paused for 5 years. The music is finally playing and Delta is trying hard to make Endeavor work. Delta is the most successful major right now.
