I'm switching bases to Miami in April. I thought I had a Crashpad lined up, but just got told that it's still full. So, I'm gonna crash with a friend in Lauderdale a few times till I figure out my plan. By far the least expensive, and at 35 min it's probably quickest considering SF traffic.

Varies from $3.75-$5 one way airport to airport, with several pass options to save on multiple trips. Runs at least once an hour from 5am or so until 10pm. Schedules and fares change a bit on weekends and holidays, but not too much.
After that Uber may be your next bet, or at odd times when the rail won't work.
