Merge one super senior pilot group with another? Don't think so. I see an "asset" transfer. Grow PDT similar to how they grew PSA. Keep moving Envoy aircraft to PDT and have their upgrade time artificially drop. Now you have a bunch of upgrading captains who are going to be at a pay grade lower than captains at Envoy. Keep doing this and route all new-applicants (by their own choice) to PDT. Get Envoy to a manageable size and shut it down, ridding themselves of the gummers.
