But let's make something clear, here... Envoy's demise is your opinion, and is contrary to the stated objective of our management*, so therefore it's simply you out for a little dirty negative press. Enjoy dancing on the empty coffin.

*I am fully aware of how trustworthy AAG management is. I will NOT however, actively assist in the potential demise of this airline while there are good people working here, unlike some individuals on this forum.
The demise has already happened. We have dropped from 6 bases, 3400 pilots, and 300+ aircraft to 2 bases, 1800 pilots, and 199 aircraft in just 3 short years.

Most of our FOs have sat reserve longer than most FOs at other regionals have sat in the right seat before upgrading - like PSA, MESA, Skywest, Gojet, TSA, Compass, Commutair, etc...... I just flew with an FO who has been on Reserve since he stared in late 2011. His friend quit here after a year and a half, went to PSA, and upgraded in 7 months.

Now we are slated to shrink by half in the next year and a half, and you say we should invite people to join this place? Come on man. You are telling me that is not just a "little" selfish?

There are much better options than a place that has already lost half its pilots in 3 years, but now will lose another 50% of its fleet and pilots in the next year and half.
