Thanks for the input guys. So far I've gathered that depending on how they word the question, just tell them the truth (ex. arrested, convicted, charged, being key words), but if they dont then dont mention it? This seems to be the gist.

However, im also looking for those specific answers so can anyone go down that list and tell me the answer to my questions #1-6?
