I'm a low time (750) instructor and got a job offer from Envoy through their "Pipeline" program. I'm not sure wether to take it as they require a 2 year commitment from class date. It's almost flattering, you'd think...to get an airline interested in you this early on...but trust me, once you reach 1500 you can pick any regional you want. Don't sell yourself to a troubled regional for the sake of travel benefits in the meantime.
