If they had had an unlimited supply of pilots, you would have been gone with the eight sick calls alone.
As far as the legacy not caring about the subsidiary's, that may be true of the AAG management, but not the employees.
The upper managment can bail out while the long time employee's will have to live with the damage done to the brand.
I disagree and I'm not PSA. Eight occurrences at PDT won't even get you a letter. I just don't buy into probation being a big deal, because here it isn't. Be humble, learn, speak up when needed and it is just a formality.
