Yes, have tried calling the number. No way to get in touch with a human. Can't pay at the counter, have tried that in the past. Only way to do it is through myidtravel or wings. I was basing all this on the travel benefit guide from my airline saying it takes 5-7 days to process a ticket request. I guess I'll just try it through zed and see what happens. Worse comes to worse, I buy a last minute ticket like I did a few months ago and proceed to enjoy the jack and cokes for three hours!!!
