How long is training and is it a good training environment? How are they if you were to need an extra sim? I have heard of some regionals not wanting to do give you extra sims and some are willing to if you have a good attitude..
The training dept is awesome here. They are your friend and legitimately WANT you to succeed.
The checkairman here are laid back and make you feel comfortable. Unlike another airline that will not be spoken of who's checkairmen get off by intimidating new hires. (cough RAH)
