I spent 5 years working for Jet Aviation in ZRH. Look them up on Google.
BTW, pilots at the majors do not necessarily have more experience. Not at all. Many do, but we have plenty of 20-year pilots at my company. Many never move on for any number of reasons.
There is NO DIFFERENCE in the job anymore between flying an RJ and flying a 737 or bigger. Except the RJ pilot flies more and shorter legs usually.
