Once all the aircraft have been delivered, upgrades into the EJET will slow down significantly giving a chance for the guys and gals who didn't meet the minimums this time around to catch up. Forgive me for not looking more carefully, but are the minimum requirements 1000 hours time in 121 ops? If not, what minimums are required for the ones not meeting them.
