Except 61.55(g) says the SIC does not need the recency in an aircraft for a ferry flight if they hold a commercial or ATP.

61.58 requires two things. You need a check within 24 months for that type aircraft. You have that. The only other thing it says you need is a PC in another turbojet within the last 12 months. What the insurance company says may be a whole nother story.
