You have a point. Trust me I chose this company for many reasons but defiantly not the pay. Good company so far. But your mentality is messed up. like i said before I believe in improving the pay. What is wrong with this? Its like improving the contract. You sound like the person that would just accept the first draft that comes across the table? Sure just accept it and not question it???? I wasn't complaining but more making a statement with facts. And if I was at FedEX making that money I would not be complaining at all. And way to question my decision making skills.
