I am former military, but due to lack of flying recency I have been flying RJs for the past 6 months. I have listened to the Emerald Coast audio files and watched an online session (over the shoulder) of their interview prep. I'm not sure I can get the seminar in, even online, due to schedule. Any suggestions/advice for preparation?

Cage consulting, you can do an in person interview prep at the holiday inn across the street from UAL training center the day before your interview. IMO an in person mock interview beats face time any day.

FTI sim prep the day before too, in the same sim you'll do the interview ride in. Also at the UAL training center.

The location of both Cage and FTI make them the best choices for prep.

I did interview prep with FAPA, Emerald, and Cage. Emerald and Cage were both the best, but in terms of a UAL interview Cage beats Emerald because of their location. You can do a mock interview the day before your interview in Denver instead of having to travel to another city with emerald.

The sim prep is a must if you don't have 73 time.
