The Marriott East Side in NYC has been the worst at not granting points for TVL rate stays the past few months.
As I stated before, the TVL rate is not for charter or corporate flight departments. It was just commonly abused. And it was never intended to award points. I guess now that Marriott starts to enforce the rules, more pilots are going to stop the abuse, pay what is right and get the stays and points.
