Yes your right on this. As long as you don't have "All or Nothing start next" for that bid group. And the next bid group is "Start Reserve". You shouldn't get a reserve line. Unless there are not enough trips left to build you a line. The computer thinks from top to bottom for your request's. It will try to give you what you want, starting with the top down. It might give you all your request's one trip. The next trip just 2. If there are no more trips that meet your request's, it will throw anything in to build you a line. One way to jump some people for a line is waive the minimum 2 days off. You might get a 2 day, one off, followed by a 4 day. But hey, your not on reserve.
