You must be new to the industry. We're on the leading edge of a huge hiring wave. Requirements will loosen over time.
I checked the same boxes as JerkStore; only had >100 hrs in past 12 mos and I was hired.
There will be a few thousand pilots hired at the majors this year; the pool of pilots who can meet all of those checkboxes will shrink considerably for 2016.
