The only one that I think is nonnegotiable is the >100hrs in the last 12 months. The rest are things that help an app stand out among the 13,000 that UAL has on file right now. But DAL, AA, and SWA have the exact same stack so don't let it get you down, UAL pilot hiring is regularly sending interview invites that don't get taken. So, if you have the hours and a couple of extra positives without any big negatives (DUI, etc.) I'd think time is on your side.

I had the GPA, Evaluator, and Director of Ops squares filled, I eeked out the recency, and had zero negatives. But I am still pretty amazed I got invited (crickets from DAL, AA, SWA), especially as I look around at my class and their flying experience (my hours were low in comparison). Best of luck to all.
