You must have an hard time reading. But at least you bother to verify. Good for you, whatever your motive.
I have already described how to read the rate rules, and I think I was clear enough. Evidently not for everyone, so let me try again step by step.
When you book a stay, put TVL on the corporate code, before finalizing the booking, after clicking continue, you will see ABOUT THIS RATE right next to the room icon on the left. Click on that and... THA THA Rate Rules window pops up...
Wasn't too hard was it.
Honestly I am surprised a seasoned guy like you never bother to read the fine prints, assuming you used such rates. That is part of planning, a very important aspect of the corporate pilot job.
Although I have no doubt if you have read it, you would have done the right thing and avoid it. I give you that. Your Majesty sound like a man of integrity, even with all the other possible defects.
So go ahead, let me know if you find it.
I hope you will not try to debate what Commercial Airlines mean, like the fool above here. And nobody around here claims to be a travel agent for the purpose of getting cheap rooms, I hope.
An ID is required, just in case someone would be wondering.
