On 10hr overnight by the time you get to the hotel, and sleep, maybe 6hrs good rest. Maybe.
At least with reduced rest previously we compensatory rest...
I never found compensatory to me of much value with the whole 5 hours of sleep sandwiched between to 12-15 hour days.
10 beats the pants off of 8. I'll take that any day!
