This questions instead should read "Do you have some humility"

Read the question carefully. It clearly states "Have you ever paid a fine"

If you've paid a speeding ticket fine, and check no on this question, be prepared for any questioning that comes your way.

The interviewers could care less that you've paid a speeding ticket fine 15 years ago, but by being honest you paid that speeding ticket fine and checked yes, you've now shown you're hiding nothing and humility is on your side.
