Endeavor has a junior CRJ 900 base in both LGA and JFK. $20K bonus per year on top of regular pay. You will now hear from people who left when it was going through a painful period but things are looking up. Upgrades have started again and it's looking like an average of 15/mo in upgrades though the end of the year just to fill guaranteed classes at DL that endeavor CA's are going to.
