So I hear Mesa is giving some applicants sim evaluations before they get invited to class, anybody else know about this? Got a buddy who was hired conditioned upon his passing this sim eval (they are flying him to KPHX) still same phone interview but I thought this was something new,
are they doing this because he doesn't have his written done yet?
Back when I went to the DFW open house in October and was offered a job on the spot, I was told that they were working on adding a sim eval to the hiring process. Nothing major, just something to "make sure you done freak out with all of the stuff that goes on".
