Reserve lines are all 11 days off. You bid for ready reserve if you want it. If no ones bids a particular shift then it goes to the most junior available reserve pilot. When I was on ready there was 1 morning shift guy and 1 afternoon shift guy. Not sure if they have bumped that up now that we have more aircraft on the line. Ready shifts are 8 hours long and they pay 3.9 hours towards guarantee.
