Yes we are parking 15 CR7's this year. To exercise the full amount of 76 seaters permitted they can have no more than 102 70 seaters. This 102 includes the E170's. UAL prefers the cabin layout, and performance of the Embraer 170/175 so I suspect we'll see more CR7's parked as leases/contracts come up. Inside of 5 years I expect to see UAX solely operating Ejets with all 50 seaters and CR7's gone.
I doubt that. I would bet it would take a decade to park all the 50-seaters. In fact, I would bet SKW, XJT and TSA continue to operate the -200, and -145s in some form for the foreseeable future.
