And I stand by my assertion. You only have to look at the SLI to know that the most senior FO's in the system is dominated by former AT pilots.
I don't doubt many bases have the former AAI guys at the top. I was only answering about the base you mentioned in your post about the #1 F/O in PHX not ever upgrading? I checked it and top 20 slots are WN - no former AAI pilot.
Curious what you think about the rest of my post.
