No... he simply wants:
-A FUNCTIONING headset when he gets in the airplane. Not one with bent plugs or sliced wires after getting caught dangling across the window slides then smashed at the bottom when the window was opened.
-Not to have to scour the entire cockpit to find what is required and supplied by the company.
