Air Wisconsin has full cancellation pay and full DH (deadhead) pay. The caveat here is that if you cancel and then are reassigned something else (it can happen, depending on legality) you will get paid the greater of cancelled work or actual flown work, if that makes any sense. But the bottom line is that yes, you get paid if something cancels. Sometimes a turn will cancel and you just sit at the airport for your next flight. You will get 100% pay for the cancelled flight in this case.

And a deadhead flight is when you fly as a passenger and are on duty. When you move a company airplane it's a repositioning flight or a ferry flight, depending on whether or not it's a maintenance flight. At Air Wisconsin the difference has no bearing on your pay.
