Skywest pays 100% cancellation pay on a leg-by-leg basis and 100% deadhead pay. You can get reflowed in the case of a cancellation, in which case you get paid the higher of either the cancelled legs or the reflow legs. We also have a minimum daily guarantee of 4 hours, meaning the least you can be paid for a 4 day is 16 hours, 3 day 12 hours, etc.
