From talking around there are a few guys who will be done IOE before the June bid closes, but most won't be, if that matters
There is a provision in the contract that allows for a pilot completing IOE after the bid period is closed to be built a line from open time, if there is any. That is probably what happened to you.
If you look at the final bid awards for the current bid on the pilot lounge, that will give you an idea of where you will sit in regards to getting a line or being on reserve for next bid.
