I believe you are indicating XJT(erj or crj?) has trip cancellation pay, not leg-by-leg.
Several folks have mentioned "full cancellation pay." There's two types of cancellation pay; trip and leg-by-leg. I suppose both are considered "full cancellation pay," however leg-by-leg is more lucrative.
