Note: Tell them what equipment you want to come work here. If they want you to work here they will accommodate. Now if they were already on the fence about hiring you, couple failed checkrides, DUI or something, then yeah they may just move on.
Just passing along info I heard -doesn't apply to me. IDK if Mesa has hired people with issues, if they have good- as long as they work and apply themselves to be successful here, I am not gonna bad mouth someone who got on here and is working hard to make themselves successful, more power to them! I have given guys second chances, what wrong with that? They turned out to be damn good pilots too!
