I don't think that's true:
"Except as provided in Sections 1 D., E., O., and Q.:
1. All flying performed by or for the Company or any Company affiliate will be performed by pilots in accordance with the terms and conditions of this PWA."
Section 1 D covers Delta Connection, 1 E covers Foreign Air Carriers, 1 O covers Alaska codeshare and 1 Q covers Hawaiian. How could the RJs return to mainline and flown by someone not covered by the mainline PWA?
