Not significantly but a small amount. A cursory glance through my old pay sheets shows between 3-15 hours a month in push time. The average is around 5. I did a lot of legs per month and it can certainly add up over time. In reality, the FAA doesn't seem to care at all.

A 5 minute push, 4 legs a day on a 4 day is 1:20 in push.

I'm sure there are environments that have less overall average push times due to the less busy nature of the flying as well. I was in the NE.
