I think Alpha operates under 91(k) [fractional ops]. Anything that is in the Ops Specs has to be approved by the FAA. Anything that is approved by the FAA is considered law. So you can make a single pilot PC-12 into two-pilot operation. But you cannot make a single pilot C172 into a two-pilot operation. You do not have an Ops Spec manual or TCO requiring that because you don't have a Air Agency or Air Carrier certificate. Besides, how does SIC C172 look for a professional pilot?
