There's some mighty sensitive people on here. I didn't mean to stir up such emotions with my opinion. And yes, it is my speculative opinion as I have no proof. All I know is we have only had less than a dozen move on to bigger and better legacy in the last six months whereas other regionals are losing that amount monthly (including FO's). I could be completely wrong with my speculative reasoning but potential new hires need to be aware that the majors are not hiring our guys at the same rate as other regionals. That is not a rumor or speculation, that is fact. So just think hard before you jump ship at another regional to chase our quick upgrade time. Either way, that's just my 2cents and you won't hear another word from me on the subject, as winning over opinion on an anonymous internet board is like trying to herd cats.
