Current pilots:
I Have some interest in the company. I'm currently at a regional but I've got a corporate 135 background on a Citation and King Air. The biggest reason I came to the airlines was because I wanted a little more consistency schedule wise where as my last 135 I was always on call and to really boost my flight time. I feel like I'm competitive enough now to apply to XO so I'm trying to gather as much information about the company as I can before applying. I'm also using an internal rec so before he goes out on a limb I really want to make sure I am making the right choice in applying. He seems to really enjoy working there and doesn't have much negative to say about the company, I believe he's been there about 2 years now. If there are some pilots who would be willing to share your pros and cons I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
