Agreed 100%. I don't know about the other fleets, but on the 88, the LCAs earn every penny of their 15% override. If there are no other incentives then why in the world would anyone want to expose themselves to the ASAP minefield of new hire training? I fly with talented, patient, and even keeled Capts all the time that have no desire whatsoever to be a LCA.
