These are on the bus, also. It effectively makes it very difficult to drop or trade off certain days, even if there are just a few trips in open time, and max open shouldn't be a factor. I've only seen these in December before, and it makes adjusting your schedule a challenge. They are particularly crappy deals, as you mentioned, two duty periods for only a day and a half of pay.
