You do get overage on M/U.
1.5x for first 12 pay hours and 2x for all past that.

Just in case there is any suspense about whether these things are good deals I'll go ahead and kill it now. I got bumped off a couple days flying which didn't give me enough time to go home and back in time for my next trip. No crash pad, no car, so I asked myself "how bad can they screw you during a 9:40 hotel standby?" The answer so far is over 14 hours of block on 6 legs on trips that tend to hangout in open time. I had the misfortune of getting a late bump off my last trip which allowed them to add even more to my night time tour of the lower 48.
Yeah, I know. I was stupid. I earned my pain. But I will just throw out there that unless you really need block hours, and love flying crappy trips, I'd recommend avoiding the MEM hotel standbys. Bad deal.
