Every Den 76T pilot that CAN stay in DEN, WILL stay in DEN. The 320 and 737 fleets there are going to get bombarded with 80 more pilots.
My unofficial poll of the Caps I fly with says about half will commute to widebody Cap. But I bet all 40+ FOs, minus 1 or 2, go to DEN 737/Bus Cap. It will be nice to hold DEN 737 Cap....if only on paper.
