Who says they didn't? We may not agree with them, but they aren't stupid people by any stretch of the imagination. Anything we have thought of, they likely have already thought of prior to sending it out. If they don't think of it, the lawyers fill in the gaps for them. Same goes for the company. Sometimes the answer is so disturbing we choose to look the other way: the mec considered everything and sent it out anyway. We have to ask ourselves what is the agenda and whom does it serve best?
