You fly domestic don't you? I only say that because international is quite easy with many days off and your statement is not very thoughtful as it pertains to that. Often times there are only 10 or 12 actual work days a month. If it is a good trip you can drop a $hit trip later in the month.
Right staffed? Curious, how much sick time did you use in 2014? I used about 120 hours.
