Wow that went off on a negative turn fast. I love how it so quickly turned into an attack on each other's operation. The truth is none of us has control on where and what we operate. I am sure a Envoy wishes we were not in DFW as much as Mesa peeps wish we were back in PHX. Let's be honest we are slaves to our mainline puppet masters. Most of us are at our perspective regionals because we thought it was the best place for us at the time. I think we can all agree we just want decent QOL and some progression to make it to the other side. Now with that being said we still seem to be way over staffed for DFW. I don't think our operational issues are for lack of crew. This means we are expecting huge turnover, or we are stockpiling bodies for additional business. You just don't pay people to sit, Especially Mesa. This directly affects the bottom line when the only source of income is from fees for departure.
