The company has set all of us up and screwed our quality of life through their inept fleet and manpower planning. In their eyes, we're all migrant farm workers now waiting to be sent to the work, so, shut the hell up and go pick your avocados. Maybe when the contract surveys come, we'll collectively think about stiffer penalties that will soften the blow to our QOL when UCH can't manage their way out of a barf bag.
