Bumping 100's of pilots is one thing....putting them in class before the bumps are complete....asinine. It looks like some of us will be attending back to back schools....at Captain pay of course. On another note....did ya'll see our 44 y/o CFO is jumping ship? Smart dude.
This is what I don't understand either. The bumps they had months ago just overstaffed a different seat in DEN. They need to do consecutive bumps until they get the pilots where they want them, or at least can tolerate them. Training them before completing the bumping process makes me think manpower has no idea how this whole thing works.
We will see. As soon as this current bump closes, they should advertise another one the next day. Or, they are clueless.
